After eight hours of snow we took a photo from our garden room. There were no electric lights on and for some spiritual reason, we have this blue colour in the photo. Although we havent welcomed the snow it did look magickal and beautiful. This was taken about half past nine yesterday evening. Still trying out new recipes. Yesterday it was carrot and coriander soup with garlic and ginger. Today it will be roast pork that has been marinated overnight in coca cola, oregano, ginger, three cloves of garlic, honey and star anise. This will go nicely with roasted vegetables and followed by an afternoon of Downton Abbey whilst cuddled up in one anothers arms.
